The Startup Ladies welcome EVERYONE! In business, like in life, sometimes it's necessary to pivot. In this Startup Study Hall you'll learn what it means to pivot your start-up, why it can be necessary and the five key strategies to utilize in order to successfully pivot your business.

7:20 pm - Create 1 goal to be completed within 2 weeks - Executive Mentor will follow up with each student

JILL'S BIO

Jill is the owner and project lead at High Frequency Arts. High Frequency Arts, located in Fishers Indiana, is a commercial and residential art procurement and project management firm helping create engaging environments and fueling art careers. Jill is also the VP, Corporate Services at Ontario Systems an accounts receivable software and services organization headquartered in Muncie, Indiana.

Jill's experience spans global operations and human resources within publicly held employers and privately held business environments including real estate ventures, mass retailers, consumer product manufacturing, medical device and technology and now expanding her presence in the world of art and interior design.

Jill holds a degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and is a Certified Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Under Jill’s people services leadership, Ontario Systems has been recognized as a five-time Indiana’s Best Places to Work company, an Indiana Wellness Council 5-Star Wellness Company and a Families and Work Institute (FWI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) When Work Works Award winner. Jill was named the Indiana Chamber’s 2013 Human Resources Professional of the Year and is also a recipient of the 2013 Stevie Female Executive of the Year Bronze award.

Jill resides in Fishers, Indiana and is a mom of two teenage daughters and four spoiled cats and dogs. She holds an advisory board position with the Ball State University School of Business and provides mentorship to early career professionals, students and artists along with volunteering and supporting a variety of non-profit organizations across Central Indiana.
