Ciara Ungar

Ciara Ungar is a Judge and Mentor with 4 top accelerators –MassChallenge, TechStars Detroit, NewChip, and Alchemist –where she reviews hundreds of pitches each year and works with Founders to develop and perfect their pitch and story. She is a Startup Advisor, 17-year Strategy Consultant, Founder Executive Coach, an Award-Winning Strategist, and an International Speaker. Additionally, Ciara is a Certified Coach with Business Made Simple and the Coaches Federation, and has earned pedagogy certification with Columbia University where she teaches Entrepreneurship.

Additionally, Ciara is a New York City-based and Publisher-backed Author on Leadership, sits on the Forbes Coaches Council and serves as the Interim President of the TechShift Alliance Board of Directors. Additionally, Ciara is the Founder & CEO of several companies, including CIARA & Co., BONOS Ventures, and The Why Group Inc.. Ciara brings a blended background across Management, Business Strategy, Marketing, Psychology, Entrepreneurship and Social Justice from top tier Universities. She applies her robust 17 years of expertise working with Fortune500 companies and high potential startups, top global agencies and Angel/VC Investors to her work in entrepreneurship, leadership development, business strategy and professional growth, working with startup founders and growing businesses, and teaching with Universities, including Columbia Univesity. Luke Versweyveld

Luke Versweyveld is a Chicago-based startup lawyer and three-time founder. After earning his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, Luke joined Atelerix Life Sciences, a biotechnology startup he Co-Founded, as in-house legal counsel. He is the Founder of Startup Founder Daily, a free startup marketing agency. He also serves as Fractional General Counsel for early-stage startups and SMBs. Luke is the author of Understanding Startup Equity, a manual to help startup founders and their employees take control of their equity.
