For over 18 years, Sunil Godse, President of Radical Solutions Group, has been a business mentor to a large number of firms, ranging from start-ups to those with over 350 employees. Sunil is also the author of Fail Fast. Succeed Faster.
Knowing that success is a direct result of learning from challenges and failures, Sunil realized that there lacked a comprehensive reference that would help businesses prepare for the hurdles they would face from start up all the way to business expansion. In addition, statistics show that over 9 in 10 businesses have failed in the past. It was at this point that Sunil’s book, “Fail Fast. Succeed Faster.” was born.
After opening up his rolodex of contacts and over several months of interviews, Sunil was able
to capture over 350 stories of failure from over 200 business executives from companies such as
McDonalds, Aeroplan, The Weather Network, the Toronto Blue Jays and FaceBook and business tycoons
including Bruce Croxon, Jim Treliving and Larry Rosen who all gave their valuable time to talk about this very crucial topic.
The theme of Sunil’s book is very simple – by learning from the mistakes of others and seeing how
failures can truly be transformed into success, entrepreneurs are able to save valuable time, money and resources in their quest to turn a great idea into a thriving business, succeeding much faster.
