Neil Chheda is a partner at Romulus Capital. As a former entrepreneur, Neil loves partnering with entrepreneurs to build teams and products at the earliest stages of a business.
Prior to Romulus, Neil was a product manager at Zynga, where spent most of his time building products for Farmville which have since reached hundreds of millions of users. Giordano Bruno Contestabile is a mobile entertainment veteran with over 10 years of experience in product development and operations, five of which in free-to-play games. Today, Giordano is VP of Product Management and Revenue at Tilting Point, a next generation partner for independent games developers.
Previously, he served as the executive producer of theBejeweled franchise at PopCap Games, leading the team responsible for Bejeweled Blitz, a top 10 mobile game.
Giordano is also an active angel investor with a primary focus on B2C mobile and web startups: portfolio companies include The RealReal, Nomiku, Granify, Tonx Coffee, Invino, Kyck, Canvas and Peggsite.
Entrepreneur & public speaker, Claude Zdanow has already packed a lot of success into his 26-year life. The founder and Chief Executive Officer of the 6-year old group of companies called Stadiumred; Claude is one of the youngest music industry authorities in the world.
Claude has successfully built Stadiumred Studios (the company’s recording studio division) into one of the most prominent and fastest growing facilities in the United States. Working with clients ranging from Drake & Eminem in Hip Hop to Yo-Yo Ma & The Chicago Symphony in Classical to post-production and video game audio. The studios are associated with 24 Grammy Nominations and 11 Awards.

Jonathan Maisel has a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a B.S. in Communication from the University of Miami where he majored in media management. He is licensed to practice law in New York State.
As a sole practitioner, Jonathan handles a wide variety of legal work in the areas of entertainment, intellectual property, and corporate law. He negotiates complex business and licensing contracts, drafts joint venture and partnership agreements, and deals with intellectual property matters.
While externing at Carroll, Guido & Groffman, LLP, Jonathan gained experience in the field of entertainment law. He reviewed a variety of recording and development contracts, and drafted mechanical and synchronization licenses, as well as cease-and-desist letters. In addition, Jonathan worked on numerous entertainment law cases involving breach of contract, damage limitations, fair dealing, actual and constructive notice, and statute of limitations.
