Last February 12th & 13th, 2019, Startup Boost, the #1 global pre-accelerator program, hosted a virtual demo day. A first for pre-accelerators, the virtual demo day gives investors, accelerators, & potential partners access to pitches by Startup Boost’s Fall alumni, 25 tech startups from Detroit, Dublin, Los Angeles, and New York. Viewers will need to register to gain admittance to the 48hrs virtual event that opens February 12th.

Startup Boost, now in its second year, runs in the United States, Canada and Europe and has helped to pre-accelerate over 80 companies chosen from over 1500 applicants. Each cohort runs a six-week mentorship-driven pre-accelerator program which prepares pre-seed stage tech startups for accelerators, investment and revenue generation. Startup Boost takes zero fees & zero equity; it is organized by volunteer city directors who work with successful entrepreneurs, investors, and community leaders who give their time to make sure promising pre-seed startups succeed. To date, Startup Boost has helped 80+ startups chosen from over 1500 applicants.

For the upcoming virtual demo day, investors, accelerators and corporate businesses will be able to watch online 25 pre-seed tech startups pitching ideas in areas including health, fintech, AI, e-commerce and more.

Additionally, If you want to refer startups, applications just opened for the Spring program at startupboost.org/apply. Pittsburgh is officially launching their first program, which will join Los Angeles, NYC, and Toronto as programs running this Spring. Other programs running this Fall 2019 are in Dublin, Detroit, Chicago, Austin, and exciting yet to be announced locations.
