A Starting Strength Event in which the contested lifts will be the Squat, Press and Deadlift.
Three attempts to establish a one-rep max in the Squat, Press and Deadlift. Not only will you get to compete against the lifters that attend your local meet, but your results will be compared with the competitors from the other locations nationwide that are holding the same meet during the same weekend! The top three male and female lifters from the combined meet, calculated using the Wilks formula, will be awarded prizes. The top male and female lifter will earn a free spot at an Starting Strength Seminar of their choice.

The event will be held at Coliseum Strength & Conditioning, home of CrossFit Excursion, and will be conducted with weigh-outs (you are weighed directly after your final deadlift attempt).
