Event description

Description

Are you tired of trying to Google your way to success?

Are you ready to spend a couple of hours and leave with a finished product?

Are you ready to get INC'd by a professional?

This class is for you!! In this 2 hour hands on workshop you'll get all the information and expertise needed to incorporate your nonprofit with the state of Delaware! No more putting it off. No more being unofficial. You can start your nonprofit by the end of June!

Topics Covered*:

  • Review and completion of DE incorporation forms

  • Overview of agency by-laws

  • Creating a mission statement

  • Review of IRS Form 1023 (the form used to obtain tax exemption)

  • And more!

*Workshop materials are included in the registration fee.

Did you know one-on-one support to start your nonprofit can cost hundreds of dollars? Did you know Legal Zoom fees start at $99 and that's just for the incorporation? Don't let a small investment of $35 cause you to miss out!

BONUS: The first 10 registrants will receive a digital copy of Tinesar's book Nonprofit Launch: Your 30 Day Guide to Define, Develop, and Deliver Your Vision!

If you're like me, you don't like being misled. I've paid for workshops/classes/seminars only for the presnter to spend more time tauting themselves or upselling then actually spending time going over the material! Has that happened to you too?!

I absolutely hate that so you know it won't happen at this workshop. If you've attended one of my Money School classes, you know I deliver. I pride myself on giving you everything I promised-- and then some! This is NOT a class where you'll wonder why you paid.

FAQs

I am not quite ready to launch my nonprofit. I don't have a business plan yet. Should I attend this class?

Yes! This is an investment in your future. If you know your target audience and you are fairly certain you want to start a nonprofit, sign up! I'll provide the professional help to complete the incorporation forms and help you understand other parts of the process. From there, you can submit the forms whenever you are ready.

I want to incorporate my nonprofit in PA. Is this class for me?

It's up to you. This class will only cover the incorporation process for DE but much of the information is transferrable-- such as the mission statement and bylaws.

What should I bring to class?

Bring tablet or notebook for notes. You also need a basic mission statement and mailing address (not a PO Box).

Will this workshop be repeated?

Since April 2018, Ty-Enterprise, LLC has hosted monthly workshops dedicated to helping you grow your nonprofit. Some topics will be repeated, others will not so check the website for details.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is a parking lot on site. The building is accessible by stairs or ramp. You can also take the DART bus.

Can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Of course! Email info@ty-enterprise.com
