Guest Presenter

Lee Benson is CEO of Able Aerospace Services, a leading MRO provider of FAA approved replacement parts, repairs, overhauls and exchanges. Benson started his career as the first employee in a small company offering specialty electroplating services to repair aircraft components. In 1993, after the company lost virtually all of its business overnight, Benson purchased the entity and immediately deployed a vision to rebuild. He went on to found Able Engineering and Component Services in 1995 and Able Aerospace in 1999. In 2016, Able was acquired by Textron Aviation, Inc., a Textron, Inc. company, a global general aviation authority that includes 21 company-owned facilities dedicated to complete aircraft life-cycle support.

In 2011, Benson also founded Execute to Win (ETW), a Phoenix-based company that helps organizations execute on their strategy. As CEO of ETW, Benson specializes in helping CEOs create an intentional culture that connects employees to strategy, measurably improves business results and grows organizations faster and more profitably. At the management level, ETW serves as a business management operating system to manage team members more effectively in half the time.

The Able and ETW operations are collocated in a state-of-the-art, 200,000-square-foot facility at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Benson has invested more than 30 years developing the highly successful Able brand, and embraces the opportunity to build Execute to Win into an equally esteemed position as a leading business management operating system. On the ETW front, this includes a valuable partnership with Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric and CEO of the Century, who in 2011 reviewed Benson's ETW platform and said, "That's the best business management system I have ever seen."
