Are you an early stage startup founder looking to formalize your business and raise capital? This 3-part series will provide founders and entrepreneurs with a practical understanding of the essential things to know in order to navigate through the early stage of your company's existence. 

Session 1: High Growth Business Formation - 4pm on 1/10/2013

This session is intended for individuals who are considering and/or founding a high growth business.  The class will cover all of the essential components of and related to starting a scalable company.

The class is intended for individuals who are considering and/or in the process of raising capital for a high growth startup.  The class will cover all of the essential components of and related to raising capital for startup companies

Session 3: Pitch Books & Executive Summaries - 4pm on 1/24/2013

The class is intended for individuals who are interested in creating materials for fundraising.  The class will cover creating materials and presenting to investors. Students will create materials for their business.

Aaron Holiday is a venture capitalist, startup consultant, and former programmer.  Currently, Aaron is a Kauffman Fellowship Finalist, works for a local NYC venture capital firm, and has worked with over 23 startup companies on business model formation, access to capital, and growth strategies.  Aaron has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Morehouse College, and an MBA from Cornell University.  Aaron also spent 6 years on Wall Street building financial trading technology for Goldman Sachs and GFI Group.
