Stars Over Sunflower Yoga

Welcome to a Stars over Sunflowers yin yoga class! Get ready to melt into your mat and go deep into your practice. We'll start with a juicy pranayama and then move into some sweet hip openers. We'll flow like water through our poses, holding them for longer to target those deep connective tissues. Our intention for this class is to surrender and release any tension in our bodies, allowing ourselves to truly let go. As we flow, let's take a moment to thank ourselves for showing up on our mats and making space for self-care. So grab a bolster, a block, and any other props you need, and let's get started!
