Join Our Global Network of Certified STAR Facilitators

You can be(come) a Certified STAR Facilitator in three days, followed by a number of field missions and expeditions. During this program, you will learn how to successfully and confidently deliver STAR Energizer, Work-out and Bootcamp session. You will receive a complete Trainer Toolkit with scripted sessions, tools, ernergizers and much more! After the certification program you will be able to develop Customer Experience STARs within your own and/or your client’s organization.

  2. Build a deeper understanding into how behavior is shaped and how to develop Experience STARs
  3. Gain confidence and build competence in facilitating own STAR programs

  6. Learn how to grow your own network of Experience STARs (on- and off-line)
