Ron Davis's research team at Stanford Genome Technology Center is looking for healthy controls who can donate a small amount of blood to gather data on the relationship between genetics and metabolism. Your healthy blood may be compared to the blood of individuals with metabolic disorders.
You can donate if you:
- Are a healthy individual between the ages of 18 and 75
- Do not have blood-relatives with fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome
To recompense you for your time, Stanford Genome Technology Center will offer you a $25 gift card!
How to participate:
Simple, step-by-step instructions on how to secure a time slot can be found by clicking here.
Note: Eventbrite allows you to sign up for events. However, unless you contact the organizer to ask for a 15-minute block, you are not scheduled for a blood draw and may not be able to donate blood or receive your gift card.
