Mama Jennie's (The Winner of Channel 10 Best of Johnson&Wales Pizza Wars has been in business in South Florida for over 40 years) has become one of the most recognized homemade pizzerias in all of South Florida due to their dedication to quality ingredients, comfortable atmosphere and delicious food.
Now they are using this attention to detail to host a brand new monthly comedy show which will have as high of a quality as the ingredients in their food. It features professional local comedians, local talent and special guest appearances of acts who are in town.
Justin Foster is a native Texas comedian now living in Los Angeles. Justin quickly charms the audience with his weird, slightly off, yet likable personality that allows him to delve into personal stories of sobriety, his fear of flying, and moving in with his girlfriend. Strange, hilarious, and often unpredictable, Justin travels the country performing at theaters in Seattle, bar basements in North Dakota, and every place in between. Justin has been featured on the Joe Rogan Podcast, in the Burbank Comedy Festival, the Cape Fear Comedy Festival in North Carolina, San Diego Comedy Festival, "Fresh Faces" at the Laugh Factory, and has been voted one of the Top Funniest Comics in Texas by the Improv multiple times. His debut comedy album, 'DANGERLESS', released worldwide 3/2/18 and debuted at Number One on iTunes. He is also the host of the popular "Foster the Podcast", now available on iTunes”.

Comedy night at Mama Jennie's is produced by the award-winning comedian, Fasil Malik. Who also produces the Spill The Beans Comedy Show (Which consistently sells out) and I-Rish You Were Comedy Show at Kelly Brothers (Which is consistently packed) Fasil is known for his one-liners and deadpan delivery. He is a three-time Ultimate Miami Comedian finalist (2015, 2017 & 2019), a Florida’s Funniest Comedian semifinalist, and the winner of the Coconut Grove Comedy Festival and Coral Gables Comedy Festival. He’s funny, he’s quick, and he’s a huge fan of people who don’t heckle comedians.
Mama Jennie's has a full-liquor bar, a full food menu and it is strongly recommended to RSVP to get prime seating for this event by calling them at (305) 757-3627 and there is also a 2 item minimum. Doors open at 8 (Ideal time to order dinner) and show starts at 8:30; seating is given on a first come first served basis. This is a must attend show to start your weekend!
