Stamped and Lidded Jars with Brooke Gillon

In this hands-on pottery class, you'll learn how to create a 4” x 6” slab-built ceramic jar with a fitted lid, adding your own unique surface textures and stamped designs. Using soft slabs of clay, you'll explore the fundamentals of handbuilding — from rolling and shaping clay to constructing a functional, lidded vessel that’s perfect for storing tea, herbs, trinkets, or treasures.

This workshop is perfect for beginners or returning students who want to deepen their skills with slab work, decorative stamping, and lid-making techniques. Create up to two jars depending on time, size, and skill level. No prior experience needed. $65
