Fresh Purchasing Manager, Matt Olson, will cover the basics about natural, organic and local foods, food safety and sustainability at our co-op.

Minimum of 5 students required

You are required to attend the first possible date of this class within the first 90 days of your hire. Like all trainings, you will be paid for your time.
