Stable ground Teen/Tween group

Stable ground Teen/Tween group

Overview

Come hang out with other teens and tweens for fun chats and cool activities at Stable Ground!

Find your footing with Stable Ground.

This monthly equine-assisted group is designed for teens (ages 11–18) to build confidence, connect with peers, and experience the calming, empowering presence of horses.

Held on the first Friday of every month, each session includes guided equine activities—no riding or horse experience necessary. Whether you're working through challenges or simply looking for a supportive space to grow, Stable Ground offers a safe environment to explore self-awareness, communication, and trust.

Led by trained equine-assisted psychotherapy professionals, this group combines meaningful connection with fun, hands-on experiences alongside our gentle herd.

Space is limited—pre-registration is required.
