About this event

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A VIRTUAL EVENT

You will receive a link and password to tune in live a few days before the forum.

The forum will be recorded, and we will send you the link to the video on YouTube once it's up, if you'd like to watch it again.

The forums are organized and sponsored by USF St. Petersburg campus' Student Government and the Center for Civic Engagement, along with League of Women Voters, St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership, and LocalShops1.

You're invited to a VIRTUAL forum to learn more about the candidates running for St. Petersburg City Council, as well as for mayor.

The City Council forum takes place 7 to 8: 30 pm Tuesday Sept 28; the mayoral forum takes place 7 to 8:30 pm Wednesday Sept 29.

Both forums will be moderated by Judithanne Scourfield McLauchlan, founding director of the Center for Civic Engagement at the University of South Florida's St. Petersburg campus. Panelists will include USFSP students.

All the candidates whose name will appear on the ballot have been invited to participate.

Do you have a question for any of the candidates? Please submit questions we should consider through this form: https://forms.gle/BguKKxRGwAEw7P4z9

Questions must be received by 6 pm Sept. 20.

Election ballots will be mailed out Sept. 30, and Election Day is November 2.
