Description
Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. is an international community service organization with chapters across the United States and abroad. The organization’s mission is a commitment to enhance the quality of life within the community. Sorority initiatives focus on public service, leadership development and the education of youth. In response to current protests and unrest, the sorority has developed a Golden Alert, which is a social action plan that includes national forums and youth symposiums. We have entitled this plan a Golden Alert because our communities are like precious stones of gold.
