Event description

Description

Welcome to the St. Jude Church Book Club. This is a newly forming group of adults to read and discuss Christian themed or authored books. The goal is to share thoughts and ideas in a group setting around the current book choice, to have fun and to be inspired by the writings, discussions and fellowship.

We will meet every other month at St. Jude Catholic Church on a Saturday morning at 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. over coffee and a breakfast treat. Normally we meet in Lovett Hall, but on September 28th, we will meet in the parish office.

The first book club will be Saturday, September 28th. 2019 at 10 a.m.. The first book choice will be "The Innocence of Father Brown" by G.K. Chesterton. You may obtain the book at the King County Library, listen to the audio book for free at FORMED.org, or purchase the book yourself. The Kindle version is .99 cents on Amazon.

Please RSVP on Eventbrite and read the book before coming to the Book Club on September 28th. For questions or more information, please contact Sondra Sciola at St. Jude Parish at sondra@stjude-redmond.org.
