Event description

Description

Help us in partnering with Friends and Family Community Connection to package 54,000 meals to help in the fight against hunger. After discussion with FFCC leadership and prayerful consideration the meals packaged at the St James/St Leo event will be sent to the Bahamas to help meet the need of families struggling to recover from Dorian. It’s a blessing that we are able to respond to the immediate situation.

Bring a jar of creamy peanut butter or travel size toiletries when you volunteer. To help support the PB & J sandwich program that helps feed homeless and prisoners in Tijuana, please bring any size, smooth/creamy peanut butter and travel size toiletries. We make 1,000 sandwiches every Thursday! So please drop your donation of smooth/ creamy peanut butter and toiletries in the big box at the entrance to our food packaging event when you arrive for your shift. Thank you for your help!
