Is there ever anything positive to say about Complaints? Definitely!

Complaints are often passed from pillar to post within organisations and often not really taken seriously. However, there is so much that can be learned from them. Service improvements, staff development and customer experience to name just a few areas that can benefit from managing them well. We needn't be afraid of complaints at all. Irs how we handle them and what we learn from them is really important.

By the end of this programme participants will have:

  • An understanding of where complaints fit in to the wider customer service experience.
  • An understanding of what procedures and processes should be put in to manage their own complaints.
  • Experience of discussing sample case studies based on real life situations.
  • Ideas of how they can practically apply what has been learne into their working enviroment.
