About this Event
iSchool Classes are a two day workshop for Year 7 & 8's and a one day workshop for Year 9's, that will assist new students to learn the ILT systems and tools essential for being an independent learner at St Cuthbert's. At the same time they will meet other new students as well as becoming familiar with the College campus and expectations. The programme starts at 9:00am and finishes at 3:00pm each day.
iSchool Classes are strongly recommended for all new St Cuthbert's College students, Year 7 - 9 and will take place on the following days:
o 16th December (Only for students entering year 9 in 2021)
o 17th/18th December (Only for students entering year 7 or 8 in 2021) Sold Out
o 21st/22nd December (Only for students entering year 7 or 8 in 2021)
o 25th/26th January (Only for students entering year 7 or 8 in 2021) Sold Out
o 27th January (Only for students entering year 9 in 2021)
o 28th/29th January (Only for students entering year 7 or 8 in 2021) Sold Out
Classes are limited to 20 participants per class.
FAQs
What can I bring into the event?
Please bring your own Apple iPad (Year 7-8) or Macbook (Year 9) which is required to have been purchased and already set up through the College programme. It is advisable to bring your device charger as well.
In addition, please bring a sun-hat, morning tea, lunch and a drink each day.
Where do I go on the day?
All participants are to meet in the main reception area (in the Robertson building) between 8:30am and 8:45am on the first morning of your iSchool. You will be met by the Head of ILT and be escorted to your classroom. If you are attending a two day course, all participants to go straight to their classroom on the second day.
Where do I collect my daughter from in the afternoon?
All participants can be collected from the front of the Robertson Building at 3:00pm each day.
