Welcome and thank you for your consideration to participate in our Indoor 2016 Christmas Fair as a Vendor.

Guidelines and Pricing

  • There is a vendor fee of $40.00 per table. The facility is ground level; no stairs :o)

  • Each Vendor is allowed to bring up to TWO (2) tables, up to 6ft long each. We do not supply tables. We do however, supply the chairs.

  • Each Vendor must submit a $20.00 non-refundable deposit for each table reserved. The deposit can be made online, right here on Eventbrite, by clicking on the TICKETS bar. We use PayPal to process payment. The PayPal email is jantoniomusic@yahoo.com. This is a 100% verified and trusted merchant account. Pay with confidence. All major Credit Cards accepted. PayPal allows the user to include a message to the recipient (us).

  • You may also stop by the Rectory at St. Bartholomew and drop off your deposit. Call the Administration Office at (914) 965-0566 and let the office know that you're a vendor and wish to drop off your table deposit. The Rectory is located at the same address as the McManus Hall (they are right across from each other) Please ask for Karen Mckenna or Ellen Chimenti. REMEMBER to leave your name, mobile number and email address. This will be your confirmation and we will use this info to sign you in.

  • We assign spaces on a first come, first serve basis. When you make your deposit, please indicate if you prefer a wall spot or center aisle. We will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Please let us know what you plan on selling. As mentioned above, you can use the comment section in PayPal when making your deposit. This will allow us to reserve your spot accordingly.

  • Each Vendor is responsible for their early arrival to set-up (we will open for vendors at 8:30am), closing time breakdown and to clean their reserved area when the event ends. We will not allow Vendors to set-up once the event starts. PLEASE be on time.

  • When you arrive, there will be a check-in desk where you can sign in and pay the balance due. Your email address that you used to make the deposit will be used to verify your participation. The balance due must be payable by cash. PLEASE NOTE Eventbrite charges a small processing fee of $1.49 per transaction. This fee is exclusive to Eventbrite.

  • Please be respectful and mindful of other Vendors near you. While we allow our Vendors to sell a variety of items, very large items can and will become a spacing issue. Keep this in mind when choosing what to bring for sale. Space is limited, and your cooperation in making it comfortable and pleasant for all Vendors is greatly appreciated!

Selling - Acceptable items for sale include, but are not limited to:

  • Jewelry (custom made, costume, precious, etc.), Toys, Electronics, Home Furnishings, Collectibles/Memorabilia, Clothing/Footwear, Candles, Soaps, Books, DVD's, CD's, Crystal / Silverware, Men and Women Accerssories (Hats, Handbags, Wallets, Belts, Ties, Scarves, Gloves, etc.), Custom Made Gifts of all kinds, etc. NOTE: if you are national product vendor i.e Mary Kay, Avon, we can only allow ONE product vendor representation of the same type (1 Mary Kay table, 1 Avon table, etc.) We want to avoid having multiple vendors selling the same product. Reserve early!

  • Items can be New or Gently Used.

  • Not Permitted - Guns and Ammo, Knives / Blades, Adult Material of any kind, Drug Paraphernalia, Counterfeit / Bootleg items. This list is not exclusive.

  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate. We reserve the right to refuse the display of an item if it creates a spacing issue. We reserve the right to deny entry to any Vendor or persons if their participation or attendance poses a risk to any portion of our event. Loud music or disruptive behavior will not be permitted. Please be courteous!

Parking - Adjacent to the McManus Hall Center is a large parking lot. We recommned that Vendors load in and park on the street to allow for Customers to use the parking lot. Afterall, they are the main reason why we're all there! There are plenty of street parking spots, many within 1 block of the Center.

Coffee and Lunch will be available. Bring Business Cards!
