This is Webinar #1 and this one hour session will focus on the following:

2. Overview of the complete travel itinerary

3. Specific info about St. Augustine, Florida, its connection to Cuba and what you will see during your visit

4. The Miama Connection, N'Namdi Art Gallery Reception & beginning info about Cuba

5. Any questions you have about our exciting upcoming trip

Veteran diversity speaker, trainer and tour director Carole Copeland Thomas will walk you through the important segments of our trip and wil answer any questions you have to get ready for your journey.

About The Presenter

Carole Copeland Thomas is an award winning collaborative problem solver, innovator and community builder who uses her skills as a cross cultural professional to help people explore the world while widening their horizons. She tied as the #1 graduate in her August 2015 class when she became a Certified International Tour Manager at the International Guide Academy. A 30 year entrepreneur, Carole has now integrated group travel into her global diversity and multicultural business.

She has traveled/spoken in 15 countries and led group tours in six of them. MSS Travel is division of her enterprise, and upcoming 2017 trips include group tours within the United States, India and Cuba. In 2018 Carole wil lead a group to Kenya on an African Safari.

She is meticulous about detail, having successfully run previous tour groups and planned and executed her company's 23 Empowerment Recognition Breakfast Events over the past 16 years. In November 2016 her company will host its 10th Multicultural Conference. Her events always highlight the value of the diversity, travel, tourism and the hospitality industry.

Carole's personal vision statement sums up the essence of who she is as a professional and as a person who loves people everywhere:

Additionally Carole graduated with honors from Emory University in 1975 and received her MBA degree from Northeastern University in 1985.

An active civic leader in the Boston area, Carole chairs the Multicultural Committee of the Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau, where she also serves as a board member.


Carole Copeland Thomas is a passionate mother, grandmother of 2 and citizen of the world.
