We are excited to have musical guests Randy Rogers Band and Parker McCollum and country music veteran entertainers Big & Rich. Don't miss it!

Important Information :

Doors will open at The Sugar Mill beginning at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive early due to the added safety and security procedures.

All guests must wear their check-in issued wristband at all times throughout the event.

Strict safety and security measures will be in place. Please review the procedures below that must be followed for this year’s concert.

The following items are prohibited and NOT permitted in the event areas:

• Weapons of any kinds, including all knives and ammunition, magazines, gun holsters and gun parts
• Aerosols
• Mace and pepper spray
• Glass, thermal or metal containers
• Large bags, backpacks, briefcases, laptop bags, event bags, suitcases
• (Bags limited to clear plastic, vinyl or PVC no larger than 12"x6"x12" or small clutch bags on larger than 4.5"x6.5".)
• Coats (A coat check will be available.)
• Umbrellas (A coat check will be available.)
• Laser pointers
• Drones
• Toy guns or replicas of weapons
• Personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, professional audio video equipment
• Air horns or noisemakers
• Stuffed animals or toys of any kind
• Outside food or drink
• Drugs, drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind - Zero tolerance policy.

To assure fans' safety during these uncertain times, all tickets are subject to restrictions and requirements put in place by venues, teams, or government authorities as it pertains to social distancing, wearing personal protective gear or similar measures (see venue/team website for more details). If the event is cancelled, you will receive a refund as if the event were cancelled.

Per New Orleans statute, an indoor mask mandate is in place and we will be requiring guest proof of COVID vaccination or negative test result prior to the concert. A COVID verification station will be available at our XTV tailgate area on February 1 and 2.

You may print your tickets at home or use your digital ticket. Both will be accepted at the event.

Yes. Only 1 person will be admitted per ticket.

Yes, but only 1 person will be admitted per ticket.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes. Please bring valid photo ID. Must be 18 to enter. 21 to drink.
