SPRY® Yoga is a Vinyasa-based refined and sophisticated non-impact workout that pairs linear, curvy, traditional & rhythmic movements with a light weight that serves to anchor & amplify the movements. The combination encourages new awareness, long lines, stability and cardio. SPRY represents Stability Plus Resistance Yoga. We’ve stripped away the complexity of traditional yoga but added a different element of challenge to basic yoga. The workout was created to satisfy all levels and can be also be fulfilled without the weight. Vinyasa may be translated as ‘arranging something in a special way.’ That’s the essence of SPRY –weaving movements together like a dance. The perfect body, whatever that means, is not the focus at SPRY. Instead, the motivation is on being present with yourself and discovering YOUR perfection. We invite you to move beyond the labels and comparisons you may see or hear in your own mind. We invite you to be present. The SPRY experience incorporates playlists that range from world to lounge music that set the mood with lush textures and intoxicating tones.
