Do you want to grow healthy protein-rich food indoors year-round? Then sprouting is for you! Sprouts & Microgreens are bursting with life! Join us to lean about the health benefits of sprouting your seeds, beans, grains and nuts. You’ll each receive sprouting containers and we’ll share with you how to easily grow sprouts and microgreens at home in a few basic steps. We’ll also go over recipes for making sprouted hummus, almond milk, sprouted nut “cheese”, sprouted bread, a fermented sprout drink, and more!

Cristina Rojas and Christelle Siohan work together in their “dúo dinámico” for Simplemente Lovemade, a blog to explore, eat & create. Cristina is a Peruvian crafter who loves turning trash into treasure and concocting new recipes for the body and soul. Christelle is a French environmental educator, passionate about finding DIY tricks for self-sufficiency. They met at the Eco-Institute while Christelle was teaching the Permaculture Foundations Certificate course.
Early Bird Registration Bonus!
Register for any class at least 3 weeks in advance and receive a $5 store voucher good towards the purchase of any materials in The Scrap Exchange retail store! Voucher will be handed out at the beginning of the class, and will be valid for two weeks. The voucher may not be applied to Cameron Gallery items or programs. This voucher will only be given to students who register at least 3 weeks prior to the start date/time of the class.
Refunds for class fees will be issued if the class is cancelled by The Scrap Exchange for any reason. If you register for a class and cannot attend, a refund will only be issued if you notify the Scrap Exchange at least 24 hours before the class begins.
