Hi-Hope Service Center and The Disability Studies Initiative at Emory are proud to host the Sprout Film Festival Atlanta. This film festival features short films and music videos starring, featuring and/or created by adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. There are two stand-alone screenings (different playlists) and you are welcome to RSVP for just one or both. Between each screening there will be a Advocacy & Access reception where you can learn about the state of the Intellectual and Developmental Disability Sector (I/DDS) in Georgia by mingling with experts in their respective fields, representatives from local nonprofits and other festival attendees.
PARKING: Parking is free at Emory on the weekends. Peavine is the recommended parking location. There will be para-transportation offered from Peavine Parking Deck for anyone in need of this service.
Note: This ticket is an RSVP to help us estimate attendance and does not guarentee seating. Seating will be "first come, first serve." Please arrive early to ensure that you and your group are able to sit together. Seating will start approximately 15 minutes prior to each screening - at 2:15pm and 4:15pm respectively.
