Participants will learn the skills of public speaking, organization, time management, action plan development, personal discipline and leadership. The hands-on experiences and participatory activities will ensure all participants are engaged and learning the necessary professional skills taught during the series. Participants must attend all classes. Each participant is responsible for their own Year One Action Plan and presentation at the completion ceremony outlining feasible and attainable goals that will provide them the access needed to be an active young professional.

Although there are other leadership trainings in place for young professionals we will focus on the following four major components that make us different.
Cost: Free of charge to those who take part.
Inclusive v. Exclusive: The curriculum is designed to welcome all demographics, not limited to age, education level and/or experiences.
Time Efficient: Professionals are asked to commit seven weeks, including the presentation week, whereas most of our counter parts require up to six months.
Personal Development Driven: We designed the curriculum to be driven by personal development and self-interest; while focusing on how you can be successful in business, community engagement or whatever it is you want to do.
