Using Social Media in the Classroom

This workshop is delivered in two parts: 

 May 16th  and May 23rd from 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm.

As result of this training, participants will be able to:

There are many

pros and cons of using social media in the classroom, so the

question is should schools allow social media in the classroom? 

We will learn about different types of social media sites they can

use to enrich the classroom experience and engage students.

The end product will be:

A unit of study in the teachers content area that

incorporates social media.
