Here's to SPRING and putting some light and spring in your step! I am so excited to host a 2.5 hour workshop focusing on creating space in your body through yoga and nutrition.
Spring is the time of new beginnings, and the release of the stored energy of the heart accumulated in winter. Through a 90 minute yoga class with detoxing twists and heart opening backbends, I will help you to find space for this new season of lightness.
I will then walk you through the best type of foods to help you cultivate lightness during this changing time through a mixture of Ayurvedic principles and modern nutrition.
Class starts at 10.15 and will finish at 12.45.
