Lunch a la Park is grand parks weekly food truck program. Every tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we offer three savory trucks in Olive Court. And one savory truck in the Marketplace. On average, Trucks at Olive Court serve 75-100 lunches, and Trucks in marketplace average 25-50 lunches. Trucks may book up to three days at each location. Trucks must book at each location, no exceptions.


Trucks may come to Grand Park twice a month, one day at Marketplace and one day Olive Court.

As Lunch a la Park has evolved over the years, we are always trying to accommodate the needs and desires of park goers. One of our biggest requests is healthier and more affordable options. Enter: Grand Parks Pink Plate Special.

Grand Park's Pink Plate Special must be offered by food trucks when attending Lunch a la Park. This ten dollar($10.00) special will be comprised of a main dish, side, and a bottle of flat water.

Foods on the lighter side like salads and wraps are a good start for a Pink Plate Special. Grilled meats, fresh veggies and whole grains are a plus!

Pink plate specials may not include fried food, bags of chips, softdrinks/juices, or any other prepackaged snack. Trucks may rebrand/modify one of their existing menu items when coming to GP for an easy transition.

Pink Plate Special must be printed on 8.5x11 piece of paper printed in pink ink posted near the ordering window. We have a laminator in the Grand Park office, and we will be happy to laminate a couple copies of your pink plate special for your convenience. (as this special evolves, this format may change)


Trucks will now be responsible to bring drip pans/ drip blankets to prevent oil spills while on GP grounds. The LALP program is billed for all cleaning and maintenance that is requested due to truck oil spills on the parks sidewalks. In years past we have absorbed theses fees. However, with this new cycle of bookings of LALP, Trucks will now be billed for any charges that may occur.


Grand Park needs current copy of your NEW Health permit and certificate of insurance. Please add The Performing Arts Center of LA County to you COI.
