Description

Need help with your lawn?

Wondering about when to fertilize and how low to mow?

Getting a healthy, green turf can be difficult in North Texas, especially after our periods of extremely cold weather combined with record rainfall. Get acquainted with the lawn management calendar for Bermuda, St. Augustine and Zoyzia grasses, including fertilization, aeration, weed, insect and disease control in this class presented by our local experts from Texas A & M. Stephen Hudkins will be with us to help you with a turf management program, and will also discuss the outbreaks of Take All Root Rot and Brown Patch that occurred in many of the lawns last year and how to prevent them.

Get help with your lawn issues from this FREE class!

Stephen Hudkins, M. S. is the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service agent for horticulture, and regulary sponsors high-quality programs throughout North Texas with expert speakers to assist homeowners with their landscapes.

Watch for more free programming from the AgriLife Extension Service later this year.

For more help with your landscape needs, see the extensive resources available on their website: ag.tamu.edu
