- Do your best to meet your goals and stay on track.
A friend once told me that perfection doesn’t exist, so aim to be perfectly imperfect by doing your best! It's important to remember, if you miss a day or stray from the challenge, you can start right back up again where you left off. Support each other along the way and feel free to share your success. This is not a competitive challenge, but instead a way to encourage each other to be more active.
You will be entered to a win prize and we will randomly select one winner from the entries in a category (one prize for each category). Prizes include a yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga band, digital scale, weighted gloves & more.
