Spring Harvest - Farm to Table Dinner
Great food and wine returns to Cal Poly Pomona as three outstanding local chefs bring a “Simply Farm Fresh” theme to the 3rd Annual Spring Harvest Farm to Table Dinner, April 22nd at Cal Poly Pomona. Hosted at the AGRIscapes Education and Outreach Center, the dinner will showcase student-grown Cal Poly produce and fruit.
Food & Wine Pairings:
This year's dinner offers a unique partnership featuring four of the valley's top chefs - Chris Gendreau of Chase’s in La Verne; Travis Flood of Pappas Artisanal in La Verne; and Arnold Zavalza, executive chef for Cal Poly's Los Olivos Commons. Each will bring their own inspiration with appetizers, three course meal, and a specially made liqueur served with dessert. Three entrees will be served featuring Cal Poly raised pork, locally sourced prime beef and free-range chicken from family-owned Sheltons premium poultry. Appetizers and side dishes will feature student-grown produce and fruit from Cal Poly's farm. Paired with the meal will be Michael David Winery Chardonnay and Zinfandel along with beer from Cal Poly Pomona’s Brew Works and our signature cocktail served before dinner.
The Spring Harvest dinner also will feature the presentation of this year's Jim Hicks Agricultural Achievement Award for accomplishments in the agricultural industry.
A portion of proceeds from the dinner will benefit AGRIscapes facility programs.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
The Farm to Table Dinner is limited to Adults 21 years of age or older.
What are my parking options for the event?
Parking in Lot U adjacent to AGRIscapes is included. Shuttle carts will be available for those requiring assistance.

Yes your tickets are transferrable.
Do I need a copy of my Ticket Receipt?
You may print your receipt or display it on your smartphone. The registration table will be available for check-in beginning at 3:45pm until 5:30pm.
