This lecture will review some key elements of a successful business including best practices for building the team that you need around you. Specific focus will address best practices in decision-making strategy, hiring the right team members and the relationship between money and happiness. 2.5 hours of CE Credit. AGD Code: 550

Course Objectives:

• How to hire employees who fit your practice philosophy

Preventing Peri-Implantitis: How Important Decisions Made Easy Can Prevent Peri-Implant Bone Loss and Ensure Patient Satisfaction

The incidence of peri-implantitis is increasing, and there are no good treatment options for it. Certain risk factors have been identified that, if managed properly, can significantly reduce the risk of peri-implantitis. In this lecture presentation, why peri-implantitis is more prevalent, how we can identify the risk factors for it, and how we can change the way we diagnose and treatment plan will be identified so that peri-implantitis can be prevented from occurring. 2.5 hours of CE credit. AGD Code: 490

Course Objectives:

• Define the importance of peri-implantitis as it relates to long-term dental implant survival

• Identify treatment planning considerations and risk factors associated with peri-implantitis
