Come practice Spring Forest Qigong! Whether you’re starting your day, stopping in before heading to work (Yes, you can practice in your work clothes as long as you're comfortable), or adding it to the end of your workout, practicing this gentle, easy but powerful healing modality encourages the qi (energy) in the body to flow freely so the body maintains balance and health.

Qigong (pronounced “chee-GONG”) is a Chinese energy healing or energy balancing technique that has been practiced over 5,000 years. Qigong principles form the basis of all Chinese medicine.

Qi: energy, air, breath, vitality, Universal force of life
Gong: work, use, practice, transform, cultivate, refine

Spring Forest Qigong, created by Master Chunyi Lin, blends the components of breathing, focusing your mind, very easy body movements, and meditation into a system that is so simple yet so very powerful that thousands of students around the world have found the practice life-changing.

SFQ empowers you to:

Note: Loose comfortable clothing recommended. The Yoga Collective studio space is a shoe-free zone, please remove shoes upon entering the studio. Attendees must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
