Spring Equinox Rest and Reset Retreat

By Sarah Mooney Jones

Overview

A gentle reawakening from wintering into light, clarity, and renewed energy.

Spring Equinox Rest and Reset Retreat

A sacred day to gently awaken from wintering and step into the fresh, renewing energy of spring.

As the Earth stirs back to life, this retreat offers you a nourishing space to re-emerge with clarity, softness and intention. The Spring Equinox invites balance — equal day and night — and together we’ll honour this powerful turning point with practices that awaken the body, soothe the mind and open the heart.

Gentle Movement with Qi Gong Flow

We begin by reconnecting with the body through soft, fluid movement and a grounding Qi Gong sequence designed to awaken your life force, clear stagnant winter energy, and invite vitality and presence back into your system.

Guided Meditations

Throughout the day you’ll be guided through meditations to support grounding, release, renewal and inner clarity — helping you connect with your seasonal rhythm and inner wisdom.

Cacao and Rose Heart Opening Ceremony

We’ll share a warm, ceremonial blend of cacao and rose to gently open the heart space, deepen connection with yourself and others, and soften you into the energy of renewal. A beautiful moment to return to your inner truth.

Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)

A deeply restorative guided journey into conscious rest. Yoga Nidra invites the body into profound relaxation while the mind remains gently aware — a powerful practice for healing, clarity and integration.

Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Allow waves of crystalline sound to wash through you, clearing your field and restoring harmony. The frequencies support emotional release, nervous-system regulation, and energetic realignment as you transition into spring.

Reiki Healing

A soothing group Reiki session to clear energetic blocks, balance your system and support emotional and spiritual rejuvenation. A beautiful way to receive the seasonal shift with an open, aligned heart.

Spring Crafts and Cake

We’ll enjoy a grounded, joyful creative break with simple spring-themed crafts, accompanied by homemade cake and warm drinks. A moment for laughter, connection, play and nourishment.

Intention Setting Ritual

As the Earth begins a new cycle, so do you. You’ll be guided through a powerful intention-setting ceremony to align with the energy of rebirth, planting the seeds you wish to grow through the coming months.

Journalling and Reflection

We’ll create space for writing, reflection and integration — allowing insights, intentions and inner guidance to land fully before you step back into the world.

A Day to Reawaken You

This retreat is a gentle invitation to leave winter behind, reconnect with your body and spirit, and step into spring feeling renewed, balanced and inspired. You’ll leave with a sense of clarity, grounded energy, and a heart full of light.

Everything on the agenda is simply an invitation, you are free to join in as much or little as you like.
