This is also a grea time to declutter your thinking.

This Spring Cleaning workshop is designed to help you challenge thoughts that are getting in the way of you blooming.

During our hour together we will discuss:

  • Dusting off ideas that are good for you - that you've been hiding on the back "mental" shelf
  • Trimming back the "should do" ideology that is cluttering your thinking
  • Purging activities on your "to do" list that leave you drained
  • Organizing your time to better serve you on a daily basis

Because this is an online event, all you need is access to a telephone.

Kanesha Baynard; author, speaker, and life coach

Kanesha Baynard is an author, transitions coach, and recovering overachiever. She works with women and parents who want to live boldly and tap into their personal creativity. Kanesha challenges external messages that suggest there is only one way to live a successful life. Her primary focus is helping people navigate life transitions with confidence. Kanesha began her career has a Spanish and linguistically diverse high school teacher. She went on to become a professional development administrator, director of a teacher preparation program at a large flagship university, and intergenerational family expert.
