Event description

"Clear the Clutter!" Mind, Body, and Spirit

  • Wouldn’t it be fabulous to allot time and space for your own healing and wellbeing?

  • Can you imagine a life where you don’t have to always be "doing" something or have the constant demands of others?

  • Wouldnt it be amazing to truly relax and enjoy spending time with yourself and others?

  • Can you imagine a full weekend to unplug from cellphones, TV, social media and detox your bodies from added sugars and preservatives?

Come Join Us!

We invite you to enjoy an all-inclusive weekend at the beautiful Natapoc Lodges. A beautiful Washington setting in secluded woodland on the stunning Wenatchee River.

Unplug, Detox, Breathe

  • Unplug at a retreat free from cellphones, televisions, clocks and social media.

  • Eat clean and detox your bodies from processed foods and added sugars

  • Use the power of breath, mindfulness, movement, and art to facilitate powerful healing

We will be practicing healing our bodies using our breath

What is Breathwork?

  • A therapeutic breathing practice that is intended to help with emotional and personal growth

  • The process involves breathing in a specific cyclic manner

  • Music is an essential part of the experience

  • Following a breathwork session, you’ll be invited to express your experience using art

Why is it used?

  • Breathwork is said to facilitate mental, spiritual, and physical healing

  • It’s thought to bring about improved self-awareness and a more positive outlook on life

  • The practice allows you to move beyond your body and ego to get in touch with your true self and spirit.

  • It allows you to better connect with others and the natural world.

The entire retreat is meant to activate your natural capacity for healing

We will be mindfully and with great intention "taking it easy"

  • Let the healing properties of nature cleanse and recharge your spirit

During your weekend, you’ll get to choose to participate in activities such as:

  • Walking among acres of trees and wildflowers

  • Quiet reflection by the Wenatchee river

  • Soaking in the hot tubs

  • Mindful activities, such as yoga and/or meditation

  • Connecting with women

  • Laughter and music

Getting unplugged offers us the gift of:

  • Time for thoughtful reflection and insight

  • Space for creative inspiration

  • Recharging your energy and (re)connecting with your power

  • Resting, peacefulness, and balance

  • Building a powerful connection with others

All meals are provided. To maximize the health benefits of detoxing from processed foods and added sugars meals will be vegan, and gluten-free. Breakfast will be light fare. Lunch and dinner will be delicious healthy organic, and non-gmo products when possible. Yes, we will have coffee!

Let us know if you have special diets or food allergies.

Shared rooms 2-4 to a room, All Single Beds
