Join me for a very lush Bliss Session dedicated to opening our hearts and welcoming in the new season. We will work through the knots to release stagnant Winter energy and connect with our heart space and the guidance that stems from there. The Spring Bliss Session will be a space to explore what wholehearted living means to you, how to make space for forgiveness & healing and to learn how to amplify your self love routine.
What's Included in the Bliss Session:
- Heart Opening Vinyasa Yoga (suitable for all levels)
- Introduction into safe backbending and working with the heart chakra
- Blissful restorative & yin yoga
- Self Love practices & meditation
- Space for reflection, introspection and soulful connection with like-minded people
- Guided relaxation/visualisation
- Snacks, ideas for home practice and chill-out vibes
The Bliss Sessions are mini retreats for your body, mind & soul. Exploring various themes, we use dynamic and restorative/yin yoga, meditation, mindfulness techniques, self love and self exploration coaching exercises, discussion and end with a blissful relaxation. Think detoxing your energy, rebalancing and finding your much needed headspace.
The Bliss Sessions will leave you feeling totally relaxed, grounded, balanced + all blissed out!
