Spring Awakening - Yoga Morning

Inspired by the arrival of Spring this 2.5 hour yoga workshop is a delight. Starting with a grounding yoga practise using Vinyasa flow, smooth flowing almost dance like movements, building inner strength and heat. Followed by a Yin Yoga practise consisting of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. This workshop will leave you feeling balanced and ready for the transformation of Spring.
