FAQs

How will I meet with an admissions advisor online?

After registration, you will be invited to a Zoom Meeting.


Do I have to have a webcam to join the Virtual Admission Information Session?

While you are not required to have a webcam to join. If you don't have a webcam, you will not be able to transmit video of yourself. You will continue to be able to listen and speak during the meeting, and view the webcam video of other participants.


I want to learn specifics about a particular program, department or classes, will this information be provided?

If you would like to meet with an academic advisor or receive information about a specific department please make arrangements to do so in addition to your Virtual Admission Information Session. Please use the following link to contact an academic advisor: https://portalapps.weber.edu/advisors/

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person/date/time etc.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, simply edit your registration and we will get it updated for you.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Please make sure that the registration information is that of the person planning to attend Weber State.
