Expert speakers, including Idaho Power CEO Darrel Anderson, will discuss:

  • corporate and government momentum for clean electricity: business, local government and utility leadership on transition to clean electricity

  • reducing summer and winter peak loads: cutting edge approaches in the Northwest, including grid-integrated water heaters, targeted efficiency and demand management and distributed generation

  • tribal clean energy strategies: increasing energy efficiency and renewable energy development in tribal communities

  • energy and salmon recovery: regional momentum is building to map out strategies that keep communities whole, restore salmon in the lower Snake River basin and ensure reliable and affordable power
