Event description

Description

The NeuroAffective Relational Model™ (NARM™) is a cutting-edge model for addressing adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), supporting affect regulation and resolving complex trauma (C-PTSD). Join us for the upcoming Intro to NARM Workshop on Friday June 28, 2019 at Lighthouse Psychiatry at 12:00pm. This educational and experiential workshop is designed to provide relevant theory and skills to anyone working with complex trauma. This integrative clinical approach weaves together a somatic/ body-based perspective (bottom-up) with psychodynamic inquiry (top-down), in the context of a complex, psychobiologically-driven relational framework. We will explore the distinction between shock & developmental trauma, the role of toxic shame, the five adaptive survival styles and their corresponding identifications, basic NARM clinical skills, and learn from NARM demo sessions. For more information please visit the NARM Training Institute https://narmtraining.com.

Join us for this FREE event! Space is limited. Registration is required.

This allows individuals to begin to understand how we can get in the way of our client’s process by deepening insight into our own attachment patterns and what we needed to do to keep safe and attached.

Susanne has a holistic and experiential approach that incorporates mind/ body treatment and takes into consideration how life long experiences affect how we show up in the present. Guiding clients to look at what gets in our way of living a life of authenticity and freedom. Life should be about freedom, possibilities and always hope. Susanne believes in treating the root, healing the brain/body so that you can live in truth and acceptance of you. Healing is about recovering your true self. A Return to Wholeness.
