About this event
You’ll never see a game the same way again! Kansas City is home to many of the nation’s most innovative sports-related companies. Tour Children’s Mercy Park with Phil Kolbo and Mike Donovan of Populous, the architecture firm responsible for this state-of-the art stadium with the fan experience at its heart. Then hear how technology is changing the world of sports for fans, athletes, and teams in a wide-ranging discussion that includes Bruce Ianni of ShotTracker and other KC sports innovators. This program is free, but space is limited.
This event is part of UpStart, a prototype traveling exhibit with companion events and programs about entrepreneurial people, companies, and communities. See the exhibit at the Kansas City Central Library, 14 W. 10th St., from November 12–December 5. Learn more.
UpStart is made possible by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and other generous supporters of CHM.
