Folk singer Spook Handy will be performing at Farmstead Arts 450 King George Road, Basking Ridge, on Saturday, Sept. 29 at 4:30. Spook, whose songs have charted as high as # 10 on the Folk Radio Charts, has toured throughout North America playing over 3000 concerts, sharing the stage with some of America’s top folk singers, including Pete Seeger, Peter Yarrow and Donovan.

Come early to see the fabulous art of five artists who will display, sell and demonstrate their art at the Farmstead as part of the 2012 ARTsee Open Studio tour. The ArtSee Open Studio tour includes 20 artists who will open their studios on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 29 and 30 from 11
AM - 4 PM.

Farmstead Arts is a not for profit arts center located at 450 King George Road in Basking Ridge, NJ at the historic Kennedy Martin Stelle Farmstead. The center offers classes, art shows, concerts and workshops by professional and emerging artists in the performing, visual and practical arts. The farmhouse, which dates back to the 1700’s, is listed on the National and State Historic Registers, along with the English barn and other outbuildings. The center sits on four acres overlooking the banks of the Passiac River surrounded by 40 acres of parkland.
