NFFCMH 2020 Virtual Mini-Conference

November 10 & 12, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 4:15 PM (EDT)

EQUITY IN ACCESS, SERVICES, & OUTCOMES FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH, & FAMILIES DURING COVID-19

Sponsorship Levels

Diamond Level -- $10,000 includes: Acknowledgement during opening and closing remarks, Ten (10) complimentary registrations, Full page advertisement in event program, Logo on conference website, Pre-conference e-blast, and Post-conference e-blast.

Gold Level -- $5,000 includes: Acknowledgement during opening and closing remarks, Six (6) complimentary registrations, Half page advertisement in event program, Logo on conference website, Pre-conference e-blast, and Post-conference e-blast.

Silver Level -- $2,500 includes: Acknowledgement during opening remarks, Four (4) complimentary registrations, Half page advertisement in event program, Logo on conference website, and Pre-conference e-blast.

Emerald Level -- $1,000 includes: Acknowledgement during opening remarks, Two (2) complimentary registrations, Quarter page advertisement in event program, Logo on conference website, and Pre-conference e-blast.

 Supporter Level -- $500 includes: Two (2) complimentary registrations, Logo in event program, and Pre-conference e-blast.

*For FFCMH Chapters only --$250 includes: One (1) complimentary registration, Logo on conference website, Logo in event program, and Pre-conference e-blast blurb.

Advertisement or Message in E-Program Booklet

Full page: $300 (5.5”W x 8.5”H)

Half page: $200 (5.5”W x 4.24”H)

Quarter page: $100 (2.75”W x 4.25”H)

Single Line: $50 (text only, 30 words or less)

Program Booklet Advertisements must be submitted in high resolution format. Preferred formats include PDF, EPS, JPEG (CMYK/300dpi). If the ad is sized incorrectly, FFCMH reserves the right to resize and/or re-create it to fit accordingly. Advertisements must be submitted to Nicole Pratt at npratt@spanadvocacy.org along with your company/organization’s official logo that should be used for all sponsor recognition.
