Register Virtual Tables/Literature for the Twenty-first Annual Cardinal O'Connor Conference On Life
The O'Connor Conference annually gathers hundreds of attendees from across the nation the day after the March for Life to listen to leading voices in the pro-life movement. As the largest collegiate pro-life conference in the United States, the organizing committee faces the challenge of accommodating large numbers of attendees while protecting their health and safety. Therefore, in light of the COV-ID 19 pandemic, the 22nd annual O'Connor Conference will be virtual. This provides several benefits, as the conference usually sells out 1-2 months in advance, but in a virtual setting we no longer have an 800-person limit.
We would like to invite you to consider taking advantage of this opportunity to communicate with the next generation of the pro-life movement. This not only goes towards a good cause but is a fantastic way to demonstrate your presence at the Conference and to communicate with some of the brightest pro-life student leaders in the country.
This year, amongst other opportunities, sponsors who host a virtual table will have the opportunity to feature their logo in our program and be featured on our website and sponsorship email.
Tabling
The cost of a virtual table is $150.00 and 45 minutes will be set aside for tabling during the conference on January 30, 2021. This will be a time of engaging with some of our 800+ attendees in pro-life dialogue and spreading awareness of your organization's work. A link can be used to show a powerpoint or for conversation. If you are interested in purchasing a link to a "table", please email sponsorship@oconnorconference.com for more details. The purchase of a virtual table includes a quarter of a page in the program and a space on our sponsorhip email, sent to every attendee.
Inclusion of Literature in the Conference Packet
The price of a virtual table includes a quarter of a page in the program. The cost of increasing program space to half of a page is $50. To increase program space to a full page is $150 . The deadline for receiving literature is Friday, January 22, 2021. We reserve the right to preview literature prior to including it in the program.
Sponsoring the Keynote Speaker or Panelists
The Cardinal O'Connor conference is also offering a unique opportunity for five organizations to sponsor our keynote speaker (a donation of $1500) or one of our four panelists, (donation of $500). This will include facebook advertisements leading up to the conference as well as space in our program and on our sponsor email. These will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. This year, the O'Connor Conference has organized donations into a tiered structure, allowing us to thank donors on our website for gifts of varying amounts:
