About this Event

The ADAMHS Board and Case Western Reserve University are seeking sponsors for this year's Racial Disparity, Social Justice and the Opioid Crisis conference being held at Case Western Reserve University on April 17-18, 2020.

There are five sponsorship levels that each have unique benefits. The sponsorship deadline is March 6.

Scholarship Sponsor: $100 (limit 5 sponsors)

Supporter: $500

  • Complimentary registration for 3 people

  • Complimentary registration for 5 people

Partner: $2,500 (limit 5 partners)
